Intimate Asado & Wine Pairing – Hidden House in Recoleta

Hidden behind an unassuming door in Recoleta, KÜTRAL is not a restaurant. It is a private evening inside a historic Buenos Aires house, built around one of Argentina's oldest traditions: gathering around the fire.

Over 2.5 to 3 hours, a small group of up to 14 guests discovers the ritual of the Argentine asado through five courses, each guided by a local host and paired with a carefully selected Argentine wine. From the first vermouth on the terrace to the final toast with a Brut Nature sparkling wine, every moment is intentional.

What you'll experience:

Welcome on the terrace with traditional Argentine vermouth and provoleta grilled over open flames
Five courses paired with five Argentine wines, guided by a local host
Chorizo, matambrito, entraña and ojo de bife cooked over the fire by our parrillero
A classic flan with dulce de leche paired with a Brut Nature Pinot Noir to close the evening
Coffee, no rush, and the house is yours for the night
