    Lake Kokonor

    Meet up your friendly private driver in the morning, and depart from your Xi'an hotel to Xi'an North Train Station in a comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle to start your 2-day comprehensive tour. Upon arrival Xining Station, your guide will pick you up and head to Qinghai Lake. On the way,you will have your lunch. The Qinghai Lake, also known as Lake Kokonor, One of the most popular places to go to in the Xining area but it does take 2-3hrs to get there by car. It's at 3200m elevation and China's biggest lake. The lake sits at 3190m high. Tourist can take a boat ride on the turquoise waves of the lake or go horseback riding along the shores with Tibetan nomads.Snowded mountains, streams, yaks, tibetan goats, shepperds and huge trucks with uncertain loadinds; landscapes absolutely magestic with prayer flags. A lot of monasteries to be visited, it is a sacred area and you will see pilgrims "walking" on their knees and hands on some times hundred of kilometers around the lake. Then, have a tasty local dinner. Overnight stay at local B&B or Hotel.

    Ta'er Monastery

    After breakfast, you guide and driver take you to Ta'er Monastery, Ta'er Monastery (aka, Kumbum Monastery and Ta'er Temple) is an ancient Tibetan gompa founded in 1583. in temples , have different sculptures of Buddha , looks more solemn. Also can see lots of Tibetan praying. More shocked to watch them praying. Kneeling down and then whole body touch the ground. the majority of the people met were Tibetans. Some of them led yaks, and some of them were crawling on their hands and knees to show their devotion on their way to worship Buddha. if you are a fan of Buddhist or want to know more about, it’s also a best place to visit and learn something about. After lunch, your guide will send you to Xining train station and assist you get the tickets and send you to the security check. You will take the train to Xi’an. After you arrival in Xi’an. The driver and guide will pick you up with holding a sign board with your name on and send you to your hotel.
