1Pompeii Archaeological Park
Departing from Naples, you'll reach Pompeii in less than 30 minutes. Upon arrival, you'll meet your private guide—an expert in archaeology and Roman history—who will tailor the visit to your interests. Explore the most iconic parts of the ancient city, including the Forum, the Baths, the Lupanar (brothel), the House of the Vettii, the House of the Faun, and the Amphitheatre. After exploring Pompeii, we’ll take a short drive to Herculaneum—a wealthier and better-preserved town than Pompeii, thanks to the different volcanic materials that buried it. Here, you’ll see remarkably intact wooden beams, fabrics, and even food remains that offer a rare glimpse into daily Roman life. Highlights include the House of the Mosaic Atrium, the House of Neptune and Amphitrite, and the beautifully preserved thermal baths. Your guide will explain the meaning behind the frescoes, mosaics, and the town’s advanced infrastructure, giving you a deeper understanding of Roman society. After your guided tour of Herculaneum, you can choose to stop for an unforgettable lunch at a family-run winery on the slopes of Mount Vesuvius. Enjoy local wines and a delicious meal overlooking the vineyards and the volcano. Please note: if you opt for the winery lunch, the total duration of the tour will be approximately 7–8 hours instead of the standard 5–6.
