Each glass will be accompanied by a fine selection of typical products: intensely flavored sheep's milk cheeses, crispy carasau bread, and delicious traditional Sardinian cured meats, creating pairings that will enhance the authentic and distinctive flavors of these wines. The wine glasses will be accompanied by a board of local specialties including vegetables, cold meats, cheeses and other organic products depending on the season.
