Svaneti is one of the most beautiful mountainous regions not only in Georgia, but arguably in the whole of Eastern Europe. While traveling in Svaneti guests can enjoy breathtaking views & landscapes of the Caucasus and experience the mountainous culture of the region by visiting local museums and towers which date back to the 9 th and 12th centuries. During the trip, guests will have the opportunity to see DaDiani Palace, which is the residence of former Megrelian rulers family, it the must see place in Zugdidi. The Enguri Dam which is the world's second highest concrete arch dam with a height of 271.5 metre. Guests will also have opportunity to take the cable car up to Hatsvali – tall mountain with a stunning panoramic view of the Ushba peak. The most interesting part of the tour is the journey to the early medieval village Ushguli - which is home to numerous defensive towers from the early middle ages.

The Dadiani Palaces History and Architecture Museum is considered to be one of the most eminent palaces in Caucasus. It is a Neo Gothic building. The Dadiani Palaces History and Architecture Museum houses some exhibits of natural cultural heritage of Georgia – Tagiloni treasure materials, Mother of God holy vesture, the icon of queen Bordokhan – mother of queen Tamar of Georgia, manuscripts from 13th – 14th centuries, miniatures, memorial relics of Dadiani dynasty, and objects connected to emperor of France Napoleon Bonaparte. The palace is surrounded by a beautiful courtyard and a botanical garden

    The Enguri Dam is a hydroelectric dam on the Enguri River in Tsalenjikha, Georgia. Currently, it is the world's second highest concrete arch dam with a height of 271.5 metres. It is located north of the town of Jvari. It is part of the Enguri hydroelectric power station (HES) which is partially located in Abkhazia. Construction of the Enguri dam began in 1961 and was completed in 1977. At that time, the construction was unprecedented for its scale and ambition.

    Mestia

    Mestia is a highland townlet in northwest Georgia, at an elevation of 1,500 metres in the Caucasus Mountains. The population is mostly Svans, a cultural and linguistic subgroup of the Georgians. Despite its small size, the townlet was an important centre of Georgian culture for centuries and contains a number of medieval monuments, such as churches and forts, included in a list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites.The townlet is dominated by stone defensive towers of a type seen in Ushguli and Mestia proper ("Svan towers"). A typical Svan fortified dwelling consisted of a tower, an adjacent house (machubi) and some other household structures encircled by a defensive wall. Mestia is also a centre of mountaineering tourism.

    Ushguli

    Ushguli is the highest populated place in Europe. This place is included in the list of world researches of UNESCO. Located at an altitude of 2100 meters above sea level. It is here that the most outstanding of the towers of Svaneti, the residential towers of King Tamar, built at the turn of the 12th-13th centuries. The Lamaria religious complex (named for the goddess Lamaria in Svaneti mythology) is located on a hilltop dominating the village. The chapel dates back to the 12th century and contains Georgian Golden Age-era frescoes.

As the both villagers did not consent to their marriage. They made their house (this tower) on this river bank between the villages and lived. The residents of this village, Bogreshi village-Iphari Community, are their descendant now.

    The ski resort Hatsvali – Mestia is located in Mestia. For skiing and snowboarding, there are 5.5 km of slopes available. 4 lifts transport the guests. The winter sports area is situated between the elevations of 1,868 and 2,348 m.
