Climb aboard our traditional Paraw, a Filipino sailboat. This vessel is truly unique, adorned with tribal carvings and modern rigging, she is the largest remaining Paraw in the Philippines.

This experience that will take you on a journey through the stunning beauty of Bacuit Bay and the untapped Northern Palawan region.

You may relax and unwind at one of our remote island basecamps in the end of each day. Providing a peaceful retreat where you can immerse yourself in nature and enjoy the tranquility of your surroundings.

Rest assured that your safety is our top priority. Lifeguards, English speaking guides and an experienced crew will be onboard. Freshly prepared meals and beverages such as drinking water, coffee and tea will be served throughout the expedition.

Complimentary use of kayaks and snorkeling equipment is readily available to dive into vibrant coral reefs or paddle along picturesque coastlines as you discovering the underwater wonders that El Nido has to offer.

We will meet you in a designated meeting point in Corong Corong beach. We will send the location on maps, 24 to 48 hrs prior to the participation.

    Day 1

    Boarding to the traditional Sailing Paraw

    Your journey begins by boarding the Tao Paraw, our traditional Sailing Boat (Paraw) in Bacuit bay for the Saturday departures. For the Tuesday departures, you will be travelling overland up the coast to San Fernando Port, where you board the Paraw. We will sail around the Bacuit bay and northern El Nido to explore the untapped beauty of this region which is beyond the tourist hotspots. In the end we will retired in the remote island basecamp.

    Sailing around the Bacuit bay and Coast of Northern Palawan

    El Nido

    We will explore further north and will have various activities such as snorkeling, kayaking, beach and island hopping and chilling onboard. The remoteness of the area will amaze you in every way. In the end we will retire in the remote base camp for one last time.

    Finish the Sailing Adventure

    El Nido

    We will sail across the Bacruit Bay and we will finish this unforgettable sailing adventure in El Nido town (for Saturday departures, we will finish the expedition in Northern El Nido and we will travel back to El Nido by the mainland).

  • Suitable for all physical fitness levels
  • This Experience may not for Everyone. It takes an open mind and an adventurous spirit to travel the seas and live on the islands. We love it, but we understand that it's not everyone's idea of a good time (be prepared to stay offline sometimes as the cell reception might not available everywhere. Limited WiFi will be available in the basecamps).
  • No Private or Gender wise toilets. Only shared toilets will be available.
  • Please bring Towels, toiletries, swimwear, light trousers and long sleeves to minimize insect bites during the nights, Sun protection, Wash kit (soap, shampoo, toothbrush and toothpaste), a reusable water bottle (no plastic bottles are allowed), Sandals/Flip flops and Reef shoes (you might need trek shoes in some parts too), Flashlights/headlamps for getting around in the dark and other personal stuff.
  • You may bring your camera and other electronics (but be careful with salt water damage; we recommend an extra dry bag for electronics), a book, a journal, an open mind and a good attitude :)
