You’ll be guided through the rum making process from start to finish by our rum experts. Guests will be taught distilling techniques (old and new) used to create delicious rum.

We’ll guide you through flavorings and recipe creation to make your own unique rum. You’ll also learn about the history or rum and it’s origins in the Caribbean before bottling your very own rum to take away.

When you arrive at Carambola Beach Club, the distillery is located roughly 10 meters to the left of the beach entrance.

- Rum tasting: Taste a sample of rums made right here at Galleon Beach
- Distilling your own rum: Use your own individual still to distil your own
- Individual flavor creation: Create your own blend of flavors for your rum
- Personalized bottle: Bottle your rum with a personalized label to take away your own individual bottle
