    One of the largest forts in Rajasthan, it contains some of the finest palaces and preserves in its museum many priceless relics of Indian courtly life. Within the fort are several brilliantly crafted and decorated palaces. These include, Moti Mahal (Pearl Palace), Phool Mahal (Flower Palace), Sheesha Mahal (Mirror Palace), Sileh Khana and Daulat Khana.

    Jaswant Thada

    The main attraction of Jaswant Thada is its aesthetically pleasing design. Featuring elaborate carvings and made from white marble, it is impressively beautiful. The main hall of the monument is supported by twelve pillars, with its walls adorned with intricate designs and sculptures. It also features a cenotaph that contains portraits of Maharaja Jaswant Singh II and his ancestors. The interiors of Jaswant Thada are just as impressive, with its beautiful marble walls and ceilings featuring intricate designs and sculptures. A large chandelier lights the main hall and has a large dome at the centre. The main hall is adorned with detailed depictions of gods, goddesses, and other figures.

    Toorji Ka Jhalra (Toorji’s Step Well)

    Kunj Bihari temple was built by Maharaja Vinay Singh in memory of his late son Sher Singh, who had died at a young age. This temple belongs to Rama Nandi Vaishnava Sect of Hindus. Thus the Rama Nandi sambradhaya (traditional norms) pertaining to worship and other services are observed here. ? The temple’s entrance has a Troan dwar. A well carved Shikhar adorns the top of the sanctum sanctorum. The pillars found in the temple are huge. The upper most part of the Shikhar has a Kalash. The temple also houses several elegant sculptures that reflects the dexterity of ancient native sculptors.
