Early morning departure from Algiers. Arrival 3h30 hours later in Djemila. Start your day by visiting the Djemila Museum, which houses an impressive collection of Roman artifacts discovered at the archaeological site. There you can discover sculptures, mosaics and objects of daily life from the Roman era. This will give you a fascinating insight into life in Djemila during Roman times. Local Setif specialty lunch (Feremsa).

2Roman Ruins of Djemila
Next, explore the ruins themselves. Djemila, formerly known as Cuicul, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. There you will find temples, triumphal arches, theaters and perfectly preserved Roman houses. Don't forget to stroll through the cobbled streets to soak up the atmosphere of antiquity.

After exploring the ruins, we will head to the nearby town of Sétif.
