2. Arrival & Pickup at Kilimanjaro Airport (JRO)
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, clear immigration and collect your luggage. When you exit the arrival hall, look for your driver holding a signboard with your name or your company’s logo (e.g., “Rioba Safaris”). The driver will greet you warmly and assist with your bags. If you can’t immediately spot your driver, don’t panic—simply wait at the main exit or call/WhatsApp the emergency contact provided on your voucher.
3. Comfortable Transfer to Your Hotel
You’ll then board a clean, air-conditioned vehicle for a comfortable transfer to your hotel in Arusha, Moshi, or surrounding areas. Along the way, your driver may share local insights and help with any quick stops if arranged in advance. All vehicles are licensed, insured, and driven by professional, English-speaking drivers.
4. Hotel Arrival & Drop-Off
