Once you book your transfer service, you’ll receive a booking confirmation via email or WhatsApp. This includes your driver’s name, contact number, vehicle details, and pickup time. Please double-check your flight details (arrival time and date) to ensure a smooth pickup.
Step 2: Arrival & Meet Point
Upon arrival at Arusha Airport (ARK), proceed to the arrival hall after collecting your luggage. Your driver will be waiting outside the arrival gate holding a signboard with your name or your company’s logo (e.g., Rioba Safaris) for easy identification. In case you don’t see your driver immediately, you can call or WhatsApp the contact provided in your confirmation.
Step 3: Comfortable Transfer
After meeting your driver, you’ll be assisted with your luggage and escorted to your private, clean, air-conditioned vehicle. All our drivers are professional, friendly, and fluent in English, ensuring you have a comfortable ride. The journey to Arusha or your hotel includes scenic views and short information about the area if you’re interested.
Step 4: Drop-Off & Assistance
