We are conveniently located at the Canada Pl/ Vancouver Port where the cruise ship terminal is. We are the exclusive provider for the Pan Pacific Hotel and the hotels around. Our strategic location makes pickup and drop-off a breeze. Flexibility is the key when it comes to our private shuttles. If you need to detour or pick up a few essentials on the way, we'll be happy to accommodate your requests. Timings are flexible too. If your flight gets delayed our driver will patiently monitor your arrival time and pick you up without extra charge. You can rely one hundred percent on our drivers as our priority is to transport our guests to their desired locations. We do shuttles throughout Canada and the USA, only the sky is the limit!

Totally customizable. Each traveler is allowed to bring as much luggage. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs, or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please contact us prior to travel to confirm. Our fleet is amply from full-sized SUVs to passenger vans.

What to expect

Pickup at your desired location which can be airport, hotel, or your home. Easy and comfortable ride with our professional driver to the point of your choice.

You will need to provide your flight details and your destination hotel name and address so that we have accurate information to meet you at the proper pickup time and get you to your correct destination. Your driver will be waiting at the meeting point.

The type of vehicle you ordered will arrive shortly before your scheduled pickup time so you will have plenty of time to get your luggage, and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver.
