My name is Ingrid.
I'm a true Parisian, born and raised, and I'd love to share my passion for food with you.
My parents used to own a restaurant, I had a food blog, I've been giving food tours since 2018, and I work in a cheese shop.

What to expect
Because everything starts from butter... especially in French cuisine.
Why is French butter so good?
Butter can be raw, eaten on a piece of bread but is also used in pastry and some chocolate.
We will discuss about the French butter specifications, how it's made and will taste some French specialties.
You won't believe it's butter! Well maybe yes.
We will share:
- different types of butter
- 1 or 2 savory French specialties
- Different sorts of desserts and pastries
- 2 glasses of wine (or juice)
Details :
- In English
- MINIMUM 2 PEOPLE to attend so that the tasting can take place
- Make sure to come hungry!
- Some pastries can be a bit heavy, they will be shared so that you can try everything.
- One of the savory specialty has pork. It won't be served for those who don't eat pork but not replaced.
- One or several deserts can contain nuts. Let me know in case of an allergy to see if I can replace it.
Some products can have cross contamination.
- There are no alternatives for vegans.
- Although I make things easy to understand without any technical requirements, young children might not be very interested in this cheese tasting
- Under 18? You will be served a soft drink.
