What to expect

You will begin your journey into the world of Italian coffee and discover the secrets of a ritual that, for generations, has been part of daily life in Italy.

Have you ever wondered why coffee is so deeply linked to Italian culture, despite the coffee plant originating from distant lands? Or why do we talk about "Arabica" even when we refer to varieties that do not come from the Arab world? We will reveal these and other curiosities about coffee and teach you how to prepare it with the traditional Italian Moka. From the choice and dosing of the coffee to the preparation, you will follow every step and then taste your freshly made coffee.

You will then move on to the art of the Italian espresso, prepared with a traditional La Pavoni lever machine. You will learn to recognize the characteristics of a good espresso and will taste one freshly brewed directly from the machine.

Next, you will discover one of the most delicious pairings: coffee and chocolate. Through a guided tasting, you will explore how different aromas, fragrances, and intensities can complement and enhance each other.

To conclude, you will enter the world of Italian sweets by preparing one of the most loved in absolute: Tiramisu.
