    Mandela House

    We visit Nelson Mandela very 1st house where he stayed with his 1st and 2nd wife. Its situated in the Vilakazi street, the only street in the world where two peace nobel price winners lived. The house was build in the construction of 1945 and Nelson Mandela moved in 1946 with his 1st wife.

    Hector Pieterson Museum and Memorial

    We visit Hector Pieterson museum and memorial, i explain the memorial then send the clients into the museum to relate. Here it talks about the 1976 student uprising, where students where shot by the apartheid police, those students were protesting up against the introduction of afrikaans language in black schools.

    Walter Sisulu Square

    We visit Walter Sisulu square of dedication also known as the freedom charter, the freedom charter was signed in 26/27 June of 1955 by the congress of the people including Nelson Mandela and Walter Sisulu, it has about 10 preambles that talks about the equality of the people in South Africa as a whole.

    We passby the Orlando twin towers which was used to generate electricity by means of coal to the city of Johannesburg,it was decommissioned in 1998, today is used as a bungee jump.

    We visit apartheid museum, here we will take you through the museum and the museum has 3 exhibition, namely, apartheid section, Nelson Mandela section and George Bizos section. You are expecting to spend 2h30 hours here. It is a free walk but the guide will be next to the clients to answer possible questions.
