Pick-up at your Cape Town hotel at 8:00 am (flexible). We start with a quick drive-by of the city's landmarks before we visit any of the attractions.
After that, we head to the Bo-Kaap (Cape Malay Quarter) for some photos of the brightly painted homes there as your tour guide shares their historical meaning.
We make our way to the Table Mountain Cableway Station so that you may ride the cable car to the peak and take in the incredible sights of Cape Town.
We travel via Three Anchor Bay, Bantry Bay, Clifton, and Camps Bay along the Atlantic Seaboard, where the mountains are on one side and the water is on the other. The stunning views of the Twelve Apostles and Camps Bay beach from Maiden's Cove provide you with the ideal backdrop for taking memorable photographs to take home with you.
Along the way from Llandudno, home to some of the most expensive real estate in South Africa, to Hout Bay, you'll enjoy the beautiful Atlantic coastline. When you get to Hout Bay port, you may either take a 45-minute boat ride to Seal Island to see the seals, or you can go shopping at the market.
We leave Hout Bay and travel along Chapman's Peak, stopping at the lookout for some breathtaking photographs.
Continuing down the shore, we have the option of stopping in Noordhoek and soaking in the spectacular views of Long Beach and Noordhoek below us. Travelers may stop by the Village Roast for some of the finest coffee roasted in Cape Town (by their own account).
There will be an option to visit the world-renowned Cape Point Vineyards for a wine tasting.
We go sightseeing at the Cape of Good Hope and take the classic vacation snapshot in front of the iconic name board. We'll also check out the Dias and Vasco da Gama memorials while we're in town. Along the trip, you'll come across a wide variety of flora and animals, as well as some stunning beaches.
We will go to Cape Point from the Cape of Good Hope. When we get to Cape Point, we may either take a 15-minute stroll or ride the Flying Dutchman Funicular to the Cape Point Lighthouse. We will also travel to Cape Point, the most southerly point of Africa, to see where the warm Agulhas current of the Indian Ocean meets the frigid Benguela current of the Atlantic Ocean. If you'd like a more formal dining experience during your lunch break, the Two Oceans Restaurant is a solid choice. You may also get a quick bite to eat at a casual restaurant and carry it with you.
The next place we'll go is Boulders Beach, where your guide will lead you to a vantage position from where you may observe some of the 2500 breeding pairs of African Penguins.
Our tour culminates with an optional stop at St. James beach for photos with the colourful beach huts.
