Depart Zanzibar in the early morning and arrive at Selous’ Mtemere Airstrip, where your safari guide welcomes you straight into the wild. Spend the day on thrilling game drives across open plains and along rivers and lakes: spot elephants, lions, buffalo, giraffes, and more in their natural habitat. Enjoy a scenic bush picnic and continue exploring before heading to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay in the heart of the bush.

2Selous Game Reserve
Rise early for a guided walking safari—an intimate experience that reveals the details of the miombo woodland, animal tracks, and birdlife. After breakfast, enjoy a boat safari along the Rufiji River, where hippos, crocodiles, and riverbank wildlife create a spectacle. Return to camp for lunch and relaxation before your afternoon flight back to Zanzibar.
