Visit a local Xi'an family and experience their daily life.You will learn how to make traditional, home-made style dumplings plus two or more other traditional dishes with the family members and share the special meal and conversation with host family. You will visit local food markets to see fresh vegetables, food and meats, this visit will show you where the ingredients for your meal are from.

We pick up guests from any hotels within 3rd ring road of Xi'an.
What to expect
Upon arrival to the local family home, you will start preparing your own dumpling plus 2 local dishes (scrambled egg with tomato; Sautéd soy sauce cabbage or green bean with pork ). Please make your favorite choice upon booking, and you must advise if you have any food allergies or special food requests in advance.
