It is always a good idea to get the body moving and take a deep inhale of fresh air, which is why this tour begins with an exciting bicycle ride to a local farm in Tra Que Village. Upon arrival, you will receive an introduction to the village's history, providing interesting insights into the cultivation of vegetables and their uses in traditional Vietnamese medicine.You will tour the vegetable garden and join the farmers in preparing and fertilizing the land with algae from the local lake. Activities will include raking, sowing, picking greens, and much more . Following that Pottery making is a family affair, passed down through the generations. Villagers make all sorts of useful pieces such as cups, jars, bowls, pots, and the like. At Thanh Ha, pottery is more than just an industry - it’s a cherished tradition that has been kept alive for more than five centuries.

At Thanh Ha, pottery is more than just an industry - it’s a cherished tradition that has been kept alive for more than five centuries. Unlike many pottery studios that use molds, the artisans here shape each piece by hand and foot pedal without using molds, giving every item a distinctive and unique touch. The villagers are very kind and friendly so they love to share their heritage with the guests. You can also try new shapes and designs for fun.
