What to expect

Travelers will gain a deeper understanding of table olives, the transformation process, and the machinery used in production. During the visit, we also share insights into olive oil and the important role salt plays in preserving and enhancing flavor.

As production is seasonal and depends on the olive harvest—typically between September and October—it may not always be possible to see the machines in operation, and production does not take place every day.

This experience takes place in a table olive facility, not an olive oil factory. There are no olive groves on-site, as the trees are located in the mountains, so visits to groves or olive oil production are not part of this tour.

Following the visit, guests will enjoy a tasting of local products, including olives, olive oil, honey, cheese, orange marmalade, and wine.
