Sometimes you don’t know what to do and arrive early for the tour—no worries! You’re welcome to come up to 1 hour before and enjoy drinks at our bar. Please note, drinks are charged separately.

What to expect

Travelers will gain a deeper understanding of olives and the machines we use to transform them. We will also provide insights into olive oil and the role of salt in the process. Please note that we are not always in production, so it may not always be possible to see olives being processed in the machines. This is because production depends on the olive-picking season, which generally occurs in September and October. Additionally, production does not take place every day.

After the explanation, we offer a small tasting featuring local products, including olives, olive oil, honey, cheese, orange marmalade, and wine.
