Your day begins with a refreshing Chakra Meditation session from 6:00 to 7:30 AM, where you’ll practice gentle postures and breathing techniques to open your meridians, followed by focused meditation on chakras 5 and 6 using gestures and yantras. After a nourishing yogic breakfast, dive into a second session from 9:00 to 11:30 AM, exploring the theory of healing sounds and practicing group and one-on-one sound healing techniques. Continue to Boudhanath Stupa, one of the largest stupas in Nepal.
Then visit the sacred Pashupatinath Temple, an important Hindu pilgrimage site. Conclude the day with some shopping in the vibrant markets of Kathmandu. Check in at a hotel in Kathmandu for your final night.
Enjoy a leisurely breakfast at your hotel. Depending on your flight schedule, you may have time for a short walk or some last-minute shopping. Your driver will then transfer you to Tribhuvan International Airport for your departure, marking the end of your transformative retreat in Nepal.
