We are waiting for you in Piazza degli Scacchi, in the historic center of Castelvetro di Modena, under the clock tower (30 minutes by car from Modena). You will find our team and bikes ready for the tour. We can arrange a pick-up at your hotel (to be arranged)
What to expect
We will visit a dairy where Parmigiano Reggiano PDO is produced and I will lead you through a complete journey to discover all the stages of the creation of Parmigiano Reggiano.
We will enter the dairy during the processing and we will assist in the realization of the Parmesan cheese forms. We will then have the chance to taste it right where it is produced.
Afterwards we will move on board our e-bikes to a beautiful vinegar factory where Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is produced and after the visit we can taste different types of vinegar.
A unique experience where nature and taste will meet!
We can arrange a pick-up at your hotel, by prior arrangement before the tour (service not included).
