Expert cheese ripeners, in a relaxed talk, talking about the properties and flavor of Canarian cheese.
Customers also have half a bottle of wine per person.
It is an interactive tasting in which customers ask questions and talk about the cheese tasted.
They will learn about types of milk, rennet, maturation and flavors.
The culture of cheese in the Canary Islands is very strong and deep-rooted. Learn from their farmers and their product. We select the best cheeses from all the islands on the same plate.

Meeting point

The meeting place is a cozy cheese shop, located on Las Canteras beach, in the Guanarteme area. Between the gym and the Basketball Courts.

This activity ends back at the meeting point.

What to expect

They will taste 10 cheeses from the islands, accompanied by a half bottle of wine per person. They will be explained how the cheeses they are eating are made, and processes and flavors will be discussed. The experience lasts about an hour.
