Once at front of the Palace at Plaza de Oriente, you will discover this amazing monumental and garden square, it contains the collection of 20 sculptures of the ancient visigoth kings of Spain carved in stone, flanked by the Royal Opera House and the Royal palace and at it's center the equestrian bronze sculpture of the King Philip IV, designed by Galileo Galilei and Velázquez.
