It is a tour that includes the sunrise, (optional) and walking between the Areeiro to the Pedra Rija 2.5 km. We will calmly observe all the natural beauty of this trail, fauna and flora, central mountainous massive, history and customs, and much more. Private groups up to 4 people.

Pick-up and drop-off ;(Calheta, Ponta do Sol, Ribeira Brava, Câmara de Lobos, Funchal, Caniço, Machico, Santana, Porto da Cruz, São Jorge, São Vicente, Porto Moniz), starts at 06:00 am but may change due to distance.
What to expect
Sunrise at Pico do Areeiro more walk to the Pedra Rija ( 2.5 km total) because the rest of the route is closed.
Starting with observation of the sunrise at Pico do Areeiro (optional) then start the walk DA to Pedra Rija, this trail located in the central mountainous massive offers magnificent views from all its surrounding landscape, valleys, mountains, villages, local history and customs, fauna and flora, visit to the Ninho da Manta and the stairs to the sky. This activity is private group up to 4 people.
Included;
Transportation, Insurance, Tourism License DE Portugal 467/22 and Mountain Guide Certificate.
It usually starts at 06:00 am, if the option is to just take the walk without sunrise, it starts at 08:30 am.
