What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Your driver will pick you up directly at your hotel, apartment, business address, train station (Gare du Nord, Gare de Lyon, etc.) or airport (CDG, ORY, or BVA).
Please provide your exact pickup location and preferred pickup time at the time of booking.
✈️ If arriving at an airport, your chauffeur will:
• Track your flight in real time (flight number required)
• Welcome you at the arrival hall with a personalized sign (your name or company logo)
• Help with luggage and escort you to your private vehicle parked nearby
• Offer up to 60 minutes of free waiting time after flight landing (30 min for train station pickups)
If departing from a train station, your driver will meet you at the end of the platform (if allowed), or at the official pickup point. Assistance with luggage provided.
For hotels and apartments, door-to-door service is included.
If access is restricted (pedestrian zone, private residence, etc.), the driver will contact you and park as close as possible.
The driver will contact you by phone/WhatsApp/SMS on arrival if needed. Multilingual communication available.
