    After your arrival at the airport in Kathmandu, you will be picked up by our local partner and taken to your first hotel. At your first dinner you will be introduced to the Nepalese cuisine. In the evening you can explore the vibrant capital on your own, visit a bar or just relax in the hotel.

    Visiting the beautiful palaces and temples of Nepal (Kathmandu)

    Patan Durbar Square

    In the morning you will meet your today's guide who will lead you through the Kathmandu Valley. In the adjacent Patan you will explore all the holy shrines. Among other things you will see the Pashupatinath Temple, Mahaboudha Temple, Golden Temple and the Boudhanath Stupa, the largest stupa in the world! A walk around Durbar Square will give you a real taste of the culture of the old kingdom. What is the difference between a stupa and a temple? A guide will be at your side on the city tour for questions like these, who will tell you exciting facts about the origins, meanings and myths of the holy places.

    Today you will travel by public tourist bus to Pokhara, a popular city to start trekking routes. Due to the city's location, surrounded by snow-capped mountains, it is also known as the Switzerland of Nepal. You will drive about 7-8 hours to Pokhara along beautiful rivers. Once in Pokhara, you can take a taxi that will take you to the hotel in a few minutes. Depending on how late it is when you arrive, you can still explore Lakeside. For example, you can go for a walk, shop or canoe at Lake Phewa.

    Pokhara's multifaceted variety (Pokhara)

    Today you will be guided through Pokhara by the guide who will accompany you on your trek from tomorrow. You will visit the Mountain Museum, the Davis Waterfall and the Gupteshwar Cave, among others. Afterwards you can go on a nice canoe trip on Lake Phewa on your own!

    The trekking adventure begins! (Ulleri)

    Today you will meet your guide, who will accompany you on your trek for the next four days. You drive to a small mountain village, from where you start the trekking adventure. Today you start rather relaxed, with a four hour tour. Look forward to the enchanting view of the Himalayas, which makes the altitude meters not feel so high anymore.     Today you have to get up early if you don't want to miss the enchanting sunrise. In the dark, the snow-capped peaks shine right in front of you and thousands of stars shine in the sky. At dawn we climb a few steps up to Poonhill. This will be the highest point of your journey. Once at the top you will watch the beautiful sunrise and see how the sun transforms the ice-capped peaks of the Himalayas into a mountain of pure gold.     In the early morning hours you make your way back to Pokhara. The city has many activities and beautiful views to offer. You say goodbye to your guide and then have free time to organize the rest of the day yourself. For example, you can drive to Sarangkot Viewpoint, relax at Phewa Lake, enjoy the view from the hotel pool, or maybe treat yourself to a massage. If you book an additional activity, such as paragliding, you will also do this today.

    The next destination takes you in about 4 hours to a jungle resort where you will spend the next two exciting days.
