What makes this tour special is the stop at a historic olive oil mill. Meet a miller family that has worked here for generations and learn the key steps of extra virgin olive oil production, from pruning to pressing, comparing traditional methods with modern extraction techniques (including cold pressing). Finish with a guided tasting, including oil made from red olives, with tips to recognize aromas and main characteristics.
