Martina Franca is one of Puglia’s gems, known for elegant Baroque architecture and winding old-town lanes. The tour begins by riding through the historic center, crossing the main squares and passing key landmarks such as the Ducal Palace and the Basilica of San Martino. Just outside town, the countryside opens into vineyards, wheat fields, dry-stone walls, trulli, and centuries-old olive trees—perfect for an easy, relaxed ride.
This e-bike tour includes guidance and full assistance from a local escort/guide who manages the route, stops, and support along the ride. Join with your own e-bike at no extra cost, or use an e-bike available on site with payment made locally (see “Exclusions”).
On quiet country roads you’ll reach a breeding farm to see two native species up close: the majestic Murgese horse and the Apulian black pig. The ride continues to a nearby cow farm with an on-site dairy, where an optional cheese tasting with a glass of wine is available and paid locally.
