Cycle at a comfortable pace on quiet rural lanes and easy paths, with photo stops and short local insights along the way. Step back in time at the Montalbano Dolmen (around 4,000 years old) and enjoy a short scenic walk on the Via Francigena framed by olive groves and stone walls. To finish, visit a traditional oil mill to learn the key steps that turn olives into extra virgin olive oil, from harvesting and pressing to storage, then enjoy a guided EVO oil tasting produced on site with simple tips to recognize aromas and main characteristics. Join with your own e-bike at no extra cost, or use an e-bike available on site with payment made locally (see “Exclusions”).
