Cycle through the heart of the Itria Valley on a relaxed e-bike loop between Locorotondo and Martina Franca, following quiet country roads lined with trulli, vineyards, olive groves, and dry-stone walls. You’ll also have time to enjoy both historic centers: Locorotondo’s white lanes and cummerse houses, and Martina Franca’s elegant Baroque atmosphere.
What makes this experience truly special is the optional stop at a traditional dairy. Step inside to see how mozzarella is made, both by hand and with professional machines. You’ll also visit the cave where caciocavalli are aged and learn how creamy stracciatella and burrata are produced. If you wish, you can add a cheese tasting (dairy visit and tasting are optional—see Inclusions/Exclusions).
