Pedal through dry walls, trulli, vineyards, pastures, wheat fields, and olive trees. Visit Cisternino and walk among the romantic streets of its historic center. Reach a viewpoint for breathtaking views and souvenir photos.

Later go to Locorotondo through the countryside of the Itria Valley. Arrived in the village, explore its historic center, losing you among its typical houses "le cummerse". Find out why the buildings are whitewashed with lime and listen to some curiosities about the history and architecture of the place. Taste an artisanal ice cream and then go back to Cisternino.
