Experience Alberobello through nature, trulli and local food traditions. You’ll ride with a local escort who manages the route, stops and full assistance, keeping a relaxed pace suitable for the group.
We cycle through the Itria Valley countryside, among dry-stone walls, olive groves and trulli views, until we reach a family-run artisan mill. Here, you’ll discover the journey from grain to flour and see a living local tradition up close.
On request, the experience continues with a hands-on cooking class to learn how to make orecchiette, followed by a tasting of the freshly prepared pasta with a glass of wine.

Start in Alberobello and ride through the historic center, stopping at the best panoramic viewpoints to see the trulli and hear local curiosities and legends.
Cycle along quiet country roads lined with dry-stone walls, vineyards, and wheat fields, skirting the Bosco Selva area.
Visit the mill with the machinery running and learn every step from grain to flour. Recognize different flours by sight and touch. Then enjoy a hands-on lesson with the miller family to make orecchiette by hand, followed by a tasting of your fresh pasta with a glass of wine.
Return by ebike through trulli, vineyards, olive groves, and oak trees, with a short stop at an abandoned trullo for photos and local curiosities about Puglia. Then head back to the starting point.
