An experience that combines nature, trulli, and local food traditions in Alberobello. You ride with a local escort/guide who manages the route, stops, and full assistance. Join with your own ebike at no extra cost, or use an ebike provided on site with payment made locally (see the Inclusions/Exclusions section for prices). Visit a family-run flour mill and learn the full process from grain to flour. On request, you can add a cooking class to learn how to make orecchiette, with a tasting of your fresh pasta and a glass of wine; this option is paid locally (see Inclusions/Exclusions).
