Hosted inside an Indochine-style villa tucked away in a quiet hidden alley, this experience blends culture, craft, and connection.
What you’ll experience:
• Discover lesser-known stories behind Vietnam’s coffee heritage.
• Enjoy a fully hands-on session and learn to brew 6 iconic Vietnamese coffees.
A gentle part of this workshop also supports children’s education at our Da Lat coffee farm, where families have cared for their land for generations.
NOTE: We’ll be enjoying a lot of coffee, so it’s best to have a light meal beforehand!

Please advise us your exact address of your hotel and your contact number. Our Culture Storyteller will pick you up at the lobby (hotels inside Hanoi Old Quarter) of your hotel if you choose OPTION included Transfer.

What to expect
Discover different coffee beans, brewing tools, and roasting methods. Learn how to recognize authentic, well-crafted beans and understand what truly makes a great cup of coffee.
Then enjoy a fully hands-on session, crafting 6 iconic Vietnamese coffees; Phin Coffee, Egg Coffee, Iced Coffee with Condensed Milk, Coconut Coffee, Pour-Over, and our Signature Coffee Cocktail with Jam & Local Wine. Enjoy your creations with pastries in a peaceful garden setting.
A gentle part of this experience supports children’s education at our Da Lat coffee farm, where families have cared for their land for generations.
Our villa can host groups up to 100 guests; just let us know if you’re booking for more than 15.
