- For security reasons during the visit, backpacks, suitcases, umbrellas, and any object that is considered to be a risk to the works of art cannot be brought into the rooms. They must be deposited in the locked common locker provided for this purpose before making the visit.
- Smoking, eating or drinking is not allowed in the entire Palace premises.
- Taking photographs is not allowed inside the Palace.
- It is not allowed: touching pieces, works of art, leaning on furniture or sitting on chairs.
- It is not permitted to enter the premises with suitcases or travel packages.
- The ticket is personal and non-transferable, valid only for the day, time and number of people indicated on them. No changes or refunds are allowed.
- To access the Palace you must be in possession of a valid ticket or pass with a QR code that must be shown to access control personnel and must be kept until departure.
