French boulangeries are world famous and something very unique. It may be the only place in the western world where you can walk into an eatery with 4-6€ and walk out with a meal and a dessert of world class quality.
Join me as we eat our way across Bordeaux's best boulangeries (bakeries), all of which are recipients of French culinary awards. Each bakery is in a different, vibrant neighbourhood of Bordeaux and along the way, I'll share with you its history and my own personal experiences of the neighbourhood. Meeting and pickup
We meet just to the left of the entrance of Saint-Michel Basilica. You will see a big, green door. Please note that there is only one entrance. If you cannot enter the Basilica it is not an entrance.
