During this experience you will enjoy the comfort of our brand new Mezcal tasting room designed specifically for Mezcal with beautiful decor and illustration art of the mezcal process on the wall to get a better picture of what we will be teaching you. Unlike other mezcal tastings we own a popular mezcal bar and restaurant directly next door to the tasting room that stocks 80 different bottles of mezcal so we have a large selection to choose top shelf mezcals for your tasting experience. The oaxacan cuisine served is fresh, delicious, prepared and served to you by our in-house chef. a waiter will be available to make sure you have everything possible to make your experience the best it can be. When it's all over you will have gained life long friends.

What to expect
We start every tasting off with a delicious mezcal cocktail of your choice, as we first get to know each other and give you a chance to become more comfortable and relaxed. We will then share with you the interesting history of Mezcal and how this amazing spirit came before us today. You will learn about the interesting process, hard work, and dedication required to produce Mezcal. It's now time to start tasting! We will choose 6-10 amazing mezcals and discuss each one as we sip our way into the wonderful world of Mezcal. Throughout your tasting experience you will be served authentic Oaxacan cuisine creations, handmade by our inhouse chef. A delicious Mexican dessert is also included, and each will pair perfectly with the mezcals you are tasting.
