Join us in our cooking school in the heart of Bilbao and learn how to prepare authentic Spanish paella and the famous Burnt Basque Cheesecake. You'll make the starters, help create different styles of paella, and bake the cheesecake yourself, guided step-by-step by a local chef.
We keep our groups small (maximum 12 guests) to ensure plenty of personal attention, questions, and real learning. Whether you're an experienced cook or a complete beginner, you'll leave with practical skills and recipes you can recreate at home.
Located just across the river from the Guggenheim Museum, our cooking school is easy to reach from anywhere in Bilbao.
At the end of the class, you'll sit down together in our private dining room to enjoy everything you've prepared, accompanied by three glasses of local wine or non-alcoholic alternatives.
A fun, authentic, and delicious way to experience Basque and Spanish gastronomy.
