What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Take a ride up the famous Captain Cook Hwy alongside the Sugar Cane fields and Mountain ranges before arriving at Palm Cove Beach, considered to be the 'Jewel' of Cairns. Please allow up to 45 minutes of travel time. IMPORTANT: - All booking times MUST reflect your flights, scheduled time of arrival. (E.g. If your flight is arriving at 07:00am, you MUST book for 07:00am) - Please ensure to correctly specify your drop off location, flight number, arrival time & terminal (T1 International OR T2 Domestic), mobile contact number and FULL name in your booking details. These details are mandatory. - For any changes (flight reschedule or cancelation etc) please contact us immediately. - We will meet & greet you at the arrivals gate/baggage carousel, displaying a sign with your surname & flight number. Please ensure you greet your driver before collecting your luggage so we know you have arrived. - Domestic Arrivals: Drivers arrive and wait immediately after landing. - International Arrivals: Drivers will arrive and wait 30 minutes after landing due to security screening process. - Strictly NO eating, drinking, smoking or vaping allowed. - Bottled water is provided to all passengers

What to expect
Palm Cove is approx. 45 minute drive from the Airport. You'll get to see the sugar cane fields set amongst the rolling Green Mountains that surround our region, get a glimpse at the SkyRail Cableway attraction as it climbs the steep range over the tree tops and pass through our Northern beaches before arriving at the stunning Palm Cove Beach.
- Airport pickups: We monitor your flights arrival schedule so If your plane is delayed or arrives early we will still be there!
- Meeting point: We will meet you inside the terminal at the arrivals gate when you walk out to the baggage carousel. Please greet your driver first: We will be displaying a sign with your name and flight number, then we will help with your luggage and commence travel.
- NOT permitted: Food, Drinks, Alcohol or smoking/vaping at anytime inside the vehicle - We provide complimentary bottled water to all passengers.
- Please be mindful of the environment and remember to take any/all rubbish with you!
