Kayangan Lake itself is a mix of about 70% freshwater and 30% saltwater. The water is remarkably clear and the underwater rock formations are quite a sight to see, making it a paradise for snorkeling enthusiasts. The lake is surrounded by majestic limestone cliffs that provide a stunning backdrop to the serene waters.

2Twin Lagoon
The turquoise water of the lagoon is both salty and chilly, owing to its mixture of warm sea water and cool freshwater that comes from an underground source. This produces a peculiar thermocline effect, where you can feel warm sea water on the surface and colder freshwater underneath.

3Coral Garden
As the name implies, Coral Garden is a vibrant and expansive underwater field of coral formations. The area teems with a colorful variety of hard and soft corals that provide habitat for an array of marine life. The beach is relatively small, but it's a great place to relax and enjoy the clear turquoise waters and soft white sand. You can find a variety of fish species, colorful corals, and sometimes sea turtles in the nearby coral reefs.
