Our first stop will be at the American Cemetery in Colleville-sur-Mer, a poignant tribute to the allied soldiers who lost their lives. Here, you will have the opportunity to pay tribute and learn more about the importance of this solemn place.
Then, we will go to Omaha Beach, where you will walk along the sands that witnessed one of the most difficult assaults of D-Day. Your guide will tell you about the heroic efforts and sacrifices made by the American forces.
We will continue to Pointe du Hoc, a place at the top of a cliff that was a strategic objective for the American Rangers on D-Day.
Our journey will then take us to the charming town of Sainte-Mère-Église, famous for the story of the paratrooper John Steele whose parachute got stuck on the church steeple during the airborne assault
