I will follow every step that will lead you and your children in the making of the typical fresh Italian pasta and in the making of Tiramisu. I will teach you all the steps and my secrets to make these top Italian dishes! You will just have to put your hands in dough and participate in the preparations. Good wine and a tasty aperitif will accompany your experience.

What to expect

Your children will be able to put on chef aprons and prepare for an experience that will involve all their senses. we will start with the preparation of Tiramisu, even if tradition wants the use of coffee I can modify the recipe on request. I will guide them step by step in the process of creating this delicious dessert. Then it's fresh pasta. Children will enjoy dosing and kneading ingredients, flour and eggs, discovering the role that each ingredient plays in creating a perfect dough.
After kneading, children will have fun rolling out the dough with the help of rolling pins. I will guide them in creating spaghetti, tagliatelle with specific machines to make the perfect pasta. Tasty appetizers will anticipate the tasting.

Once each pasta creation is ready, we will take it to the kitchen for cooking. While the pasta is cooking, budding chefs can enjoy tasty appetizers and relax.

Finally the long-awaited moment has arrived: the tasting of fresh homemade pasta! Children will be proud to taste the fruit of their labor and share it with your family.
