The general pick up/meeting point is at the Main Entrance of Island Village Shopping Complex in Ocho Rios. This is located where the Turtle River Road [road leading from the cruise ship main pier] intersect the Ocho Rios Main Road. A representative will be at that location with a signboard held high overhead, with the name of the main contact person in the group.
