Among the valleys of Tequila are hidden the vestiges of an ancient civilization that lived there 3000 years ago. Join us for a walk among the agaves landscape that is unique in the world and discover the pre-Hispanic obsidian mines next to the Tequila volcano, museum tour and archaeological site with unique circular pyramids in the world, river walk and pre-Hispanic drinks to refresh us.
Note: the agavero hike takes more than 1 hour on average, not recommended for people with mobility problems.

If your location is outside our area please send us a message to agree on the pickup point. You must be punctual, in any case we will contact you a day before to refine details.
We will meet you in the lobby of your hotel or outside your AIRBNB, for the liberation square the pick-up point is in front of café the art on the corner of Pedro Moreno and Maestranza.

Walk among the Agavero landscape and visit to the pre-Hispanic mines of obsidian

2Zona Arqueologica Teuchitlan o Guachimontones
We will drive 1.20 hours to reach Teuchitlan Jalisco which was the capital of one of the ancient Mesoamerican empires. Here we will visit the Guachimontones archaeological zone that brings a unique style to the world repertoire of archaeology and that was named by UNESCO CULTURAL HERITAGE OF HUMANITY, we will also visit the interpretive museum to learn in a graphic way and where we will explain customs and traditions, at the end we will visit an obsidian workshop.

3Teuchitlan
Walk to the banks of the Teuchitlan River and its spring water, place of endemic fish, floating gardens (fossil Chinampas) in addition to being a recreation place for locals, stop to taste pre-Hispanic drinks, finally we will make a stop in main square for photos and purchase of snacks. In addition, we will visit an obsidian workshop and taste pre-Hispanic beverages.
