What to expect

After booking, you'll receive a confirmation message with your driver's contact information. Prior to pickup, your driver, who speaks fluent English -as well as mastering Scandinavian languages- will send detailed meeting point instructions. At the designated time, look for our uniformed driver who will be holding a sign with your name. Your driver will assist with luggage and ensure you're comfortably settled before beginning the journey. The driver will also have a bottle of ice cold water ready for you and your fellow passengers. We take the most efficient route to your chosen destination, and your driver will be happy to answer any questions during the trip. Upon arrival, the driver will help unload your luggage and ensure you've reached your exact requested location safely.
