Meeting and pickup
We will meet in the sculpture on the side of the main cathedral, find the designated person to take you to the tasting site.
What to expect
The tasting will start and we will be given an explanation of the aromatic and taste properties that wines possess, we will talk about the soil and climate in Guanajuato and why it is optimal for wine production.
Finally we will pair the wine with local cheeses and enjoy the flavors of San Miguel de Allende.
