Workshop for children between 5 and 12 years. As a teacher of the workshop I will try to enjoy writing together with beauty, harmony and without tension, as this reduces stress and activates mental serenity and emotional well-being. We will practice the natural biomechanics that allow writing with the relaxed hand and feel the “dance” of the pencil on the paper.

What to expect
We teach how to write with beauty and without tension. The little ones will learn with the help of illustrations associated with the letter strokes.
You will take an innovative booklet (in Spanish or English) as a gift to boost the brain, develop emotional intelligence or improve difficulties.
The contents of this “calligraphic brain gymnastics” are:
Correct pencil clamp and its relationship to mind (index finger), emotion (middle finger) and will (thumb)
The correct posture and biomechanics to enjoy writing.
The key function of the doll: Free and flexible doll = Free and flexible mind
The 4 senses of strokes (rise, fall, advance and return) and their relationship to the way of feeling, thinking, acting...
The 12 strokes and cognitive and emotional abilities that empower (attention, tenacity, motivation, communication, liberation, kindness, defense, order, self-control, reasoning, memory, creativity, flexibility, self-esteem)
The activity also offers analysis of the writing of those who want it, where we will discuss the positive traits or also what each wants to improve.

- This activity requires a minimum of 4 participants and a maximum of 10. When only 1, 2 or 3 people sign up, the activity may be cancelled. The organizer will contact them approximately 4 hours before the start to offer the activity at a different time or day. If you do not wish to make the exchange, you will receive a refund of the amount paid.
- I'm the calligraphy workshop teacher. I am passionate and by vocation inherited from my great-grandfather I dedicate myself to it with interest for helping children, young people or adults enjoy writing without tension. For this we have created calligraphy notebooks in Spanish and English with the aim of sharing the advances of art and science of handwriting.
