Book our unique experience right on the shores of Lake Tahoe. Challenge yourself to do some optional cold plunging rejuvenating your soul, cool off in the water to heat back up for ultimate relaxation.

The Sauna, with temperatures reaching 150 degrees Fahrenheit
Personal Bathing Suits, Towels, Water Shoes, Water Bottles
Meeting and pickup
Meeting point
You will see our Sauna from the main road, North Lake Blvd, when you are at the Traffic light at National Avenue in Tahoe Vista. Park vehicles in the park or parallel along North Lake Blvd, Hwy 28 East bound.
End point
This activity ends back at the meeting point.
What to expect
Enjoy the use our Sauna, while heating up with views of stunning Lake Tahoe. A lot of our guests like to jump in the lake for an Ice Cold Plunge during their Sauna Experience.
