This first lesson is ideal for having fun and learning a new sport in a protected and safe environment.
The certified guide will teach you how to paddle correctly and the advantages of learning a new and fun sport.
This sport is suitable for all ages and is a great way to explore the coast in a different way.

Meeting point
Arrive at Flamingo beach which has two ramps to access the beach. The SUPs will be towards the entrance where there is also a small supermarket.
End point
This activity ends back at the meeting point.
What to expect
In this activity we will have a small introduction on the beach on how to use the Stand Up paddle, after with a certified instructor we will enter the water to practice.
In this lesson we learn to paddle, to keep our balance on the board and to relate to possible problems that may arise at sea.
