- For Airport Pick Up & Drop Off) Any delay of flight arrival or departure needs to be communicated with our hotline. at least 4 hours before the the confirmed flight arrival or departure time - we will reschedule with NO additional cost. If less than 4 hours, the service is considered cancelled with no refund.
